South Florida Mold and Toxicology Center provides evaluation and forensic consultation concerning mold and toxicology exposure issues. The forensic toxicology services are provided by Ernest P. Chiodo, M.D., J.D., M.P.H., M.S., M.B.A., C.I.H. and Karen Smiley, R.N., B.S.N., M.S.N., M.S., APRN-BC, CEN.
